Flip-Flap doors are preferred in production, processing or working areas where the temperature is not low.
Flip-flap doors are manufactured in two types as Single Wing and Double Wings and can be open 180o in either direction.
FLIP-FLAP DOORS
Flip-Flap Doors are manufactured by injecting polyurethane with a density of 42kg/m3 at high pressure in between two epoxy painted metallic sheets which is 0,50mm thickness.
Standard wing thickness is 4 cm.
Surface materials of Flip-Flap Doors are manufactured as standard RAL 9002 painted Polyester coated Galvanized Steel. Depending on customer demand, surface material of the doors can be produced with polyester coated galvanized sheet; PVC coated galvanized sheet or Cr-Ni (AISI 304 stainless steel).
According to requirements doors can be equipped with or without windows.
